By registering an account, accessing the 888games website, or using any part of our platform – including live casino games, sports betting, and deposit facilities – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 888games.

To use 888games, you must create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance.

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of registration. 888games strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age verification at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Each player is entitled to register one account only. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, valid email address, and Pakistani phone number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888games account password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 888games immediately at support@888games.im.
• Account registration is for personal use only. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, nor allow another person to use your 888games account.
• Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to register at 888games. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they are complying with local regulations.

888games operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering requirements. Verification may be requested at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any point during your use of the platform at our discretion.

• Standard verification requires a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and may require a proof of payment method (screenshot of Easypaisa/JazzCash account or bank statement).
• Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. 888games will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts above a specified threshold.
• All KYC documents submitted to 888games are treated with strict confidentiality and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share verification documents with third parties.
• If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, 888games reserves the right to restrict your account's deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on 888games are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 888games does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside 888games' control.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. Minimum deposit is Rs 200.

Deposit Processing: Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your 888games account almost immediately. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two business hours depending on the sending bank. Card deposits are typically instant.

Withdrawal Processing: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 60 minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business hours. 888games aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the account holder's verified identity. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 888games reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 2,00,000 within a 30-day period.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Deposits made with bonus credits may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• If a deposit cannot be matched to your 888games account due to reference or transfer errors, contact support at support@888games.im immediately with your transaction reference.

All bets placed at 888games are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. By placing a bet or joining a game session, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the 888games system and a bet reference has been generated. Until a confirmation is issued, a bet has not been placed.
• 888games reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of suspected rule violation, system error, or odds pricing errors.
• In the event of a pricing or odds error that is demonstrably incorrect (for example, a match winner priced at 100.0 due to a system error), 888games reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to the player's account.
• For PSL and cricket betting specifically: if a match is abandoned before a result can be declared and a DLS result cannot be applied, all match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Completed in-play markets will be settled on available results. Tournament-level markets (e.g., tournament winner) are unaffected by individual match abandonments.
• Live casino game results (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, and others) are determined by the live dealer session in real time. Results are final once the dealer closes the round. No bets can be altered, cancelled, or disputed after a round has closed.
• 888games is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If a disconnection occurs during a live session, 888games' system records are the authoritative source for the outcome of any game or bet in progress.

888games offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and promotional offers at 888games carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain under the wagering requirement at the expiry of the time limit will be removed from the account.
• 888games reserves the right to limit or exclude specific game types from contributing to wagering requirements. For example, certain live casino tables or specific bet types may count at a reduced percentage toward wagering completion. These exclusions will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is considered abuse and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• 888games reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is already active on a player's account, the terms at the time of activation will apply.
• The Refer a Friend promotion is subject to its own specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Both the referring player and the referred player must meet eligibility criteria for the bonus to be issued.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888games platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially being reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person on 888games.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Match fixing or cheating: Placing bets on events the outcome of which has been fixed, manipulated, or is known to the player in advance through non-public information.
• Money laundering: Using 888games deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to launder funds of any origin. 888games is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Use of software exploits: Using bots, automated betting tools, software exploits, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over 888games or other players.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account login credentials with any other person, whether for the purpose of receiving bets on your behalf or any other reason.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims with your bank or payment provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by 888games.

All content on the 888games platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and odds data – is the intellectual property of 888games or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 888games content without prior written consent from 888games.
• You may not use the 888games brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated harvesting of any information from the 888games website or platform is strictly prohibited.

888games provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate information, 888games cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.

• 888games is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, game result disputes, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• 888games is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including disconnections during live casino sessions or sports betting events.
• In the event of a clearly demonstrable system error affecting game outcomes or odds pricing, 888games reserves the right to void affected transactions. Players will be notified and stakes returned where applicable.
• 888games' maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or transaction shall not exceed the value of the player's stake in that transaction.

888games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice where the circumstances are urgent.

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Receipt of a fraudulent chargeback claim from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason (for example, voluntary closure at the player's request), the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds are assessed.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 888games support at support@888games.im. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
